• You may cancel your Leidkart subscription at any time through your admin dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your store will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

Refund Policy

• 7-Day Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to explore the platform before any charges are made.
• Subscription Refunds: As our services are digital and provided instantly upon payment, Leidkart generally does not offer refunds for partial months or years already paid.
• Exceptional Cases:Refund requests based on technical failure of the platform will be reviewed by our 24/7 support team on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Refunds Sellers using Leidkart are responsible for their own store's refund policies. Leidkart provides the unified dashboard to process these refunds for your customers, but does not dictate the terms between you and your shoppers.
