Cancellation & Refund Policy

Leidkart provides subscription-based access to its SaaS platform.

1. Subscription Payments

• Users may purchase monthly or yearly subscription plans to access the platform features.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if the user is not satisfied with the platform.
• After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund previously paid subscription fees.

4. Refund Process

• To request a refund, users must contact our support team with their account details.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Leidkart reserves the right to review and approve refund requests based on eligibility.
